Oliver Johnson
Owner | Architectural Designer
Oliver Johnson brings both design expertise and hands-on remodeling experience to every project at Roncor Custom Rebuilders. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Architecture in 2014, Oliver was hired directly out of college to work alongside company founder Ron Baker. Under Ron’s mentorship, he learned not only the technical side of residential remodeling but also the importance of craftsmanship, integrity, and putting homeowners first.
Today, as Owner and Architectural Designer, Oliver guides clients through the remodeling process from the first sketch to the final details. His architectural training allows him to see creative possibilities in every space, while his years of field experience ensure those ideas are practical, efficient, and built to last.
With a passion for helping homeowners realize their dream remodel, Oliver makes it his mission to listen closely, provide thoughtful solutions, and deliver results that feel both timeless and personal.
When he’s not working with homeowners on their remodeling projects, he usually spends time with his family. A proud father of two, he enjoys getting outdoors, camping whenever he can and staying involved in the community—often coaching youth sports and cheering on the kids from the sidelines. His family life gives him real insight into how people use their homes, which he brings to every Roncor project to make spaces both functional and welcoming.

Kevin Barth
Kevin Barth has been part of the Roncor team since 2003 and brings generations of carpentry experience to every project he oversees. With a degree in Carpentry from Hennepin Technical College, Kevin combines hands-on skill with decades of real-world construction knowledge.
As an Owner and Project Manager, Kevin oversees all active projects, ensuring each one is executed with care, precision, and attention to detail. He takes pride in creating a smooth, comfortable experience for homeowners and believes strongly in treating every home as if it were his own.
Kevin’s favorite part of the remodeling process is working closely with clients and helping bring new builds and unique ideas to life—especially when it involves creating hidden rooms or one-of-a-kind spaces. Clients often comment on how much he genuinely enjoys the work he’s doing, and that enthusiasm shows in the final result.
Outside of work, Kevin is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, hunting, and camping. As a father of five, much of his free time is spent with family, which reinforces the care and commitment he brings to every Roncor project.
